PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
In general, when visiting the ESPL website, you will not be required to provide your personal information beyond your name, the organization you represent, and your contact information. You won’t need to disclose personal information such as your social security number, age, race, sex, religion, political affiliation, or home address.
Our Web servers collect only the domain names and not the e-mail addresses of visitors. Our web servers may place a small data file (a "cookie") on your computer's hard drive solely for the purpose of improving navigation of our website. A cookie is used to store small amounts of information. This information is collected for traffic analysis only. These Cookies will not receive your name or other personal information, and the information tracked is used only for internal ESPL purposes.
USE OF COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you ask ESPL to send you information, we will record your name and contact information solely for the purpose of responding to your request and providing follow-up information on ESPL services. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior written approval.
Domain name information collected is used strictly in an aggregated form intended to measure statistics such as the number of visits, average time spent on the site, and pages viewed.
It is possible that, in connection with servicing the ESPL network, ESPL vendors may potentially have access to personal information stored on that network. Those vendors are prohibited to use personal information for any purpose other than to perform the services they were hired to provide. ESPL does not share, sell, lease, or otherwise disclose personal information except to the extent that we have received prior written approval from you, or we are compelled by law to do so.
ESPL maintains stringent physical, technological, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized or inappropriate access or use. All ESPL employees are subject to background investigations as a condition for being hired, and are required to execute legally binding confidentiality agreements, and are subject to disciplinary action—which may include termination of employment—for any violation of ESPL’s information security policy.

You are entitled to review personal information that ESPL may have collected previously. We will update or delete that information when asked by you in writing.
