The Performance Appraisal System is part of the HRMS system that assesses an individual employee's job performance and productivity in relation to certain pre-established criteria and organizational objectives. Other aspects of individual employees such as organizational citizenship behavior, accomplishments, potential for future improvement, strengths and weaknesses, etc are also monitored. ESPL provides performance appraisal system as a service where the customer provides us with the data and we develop an efficient appraisal system for the customer.
